Pharmaceutical company in Lisbon is recruiting 2 procurement profiles.

Your new role

As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Procurement:
  • Execution of Local and Regional Sourcing (RFI, RFP & Proposal analysis) and contracting activities;
  • Operationalization of category-strategies;
  • Management of expiring contracts, contract templates, contract repository, catalogs.
  • The delivery of relevant value-creation/saving targets;
  • Management and improvement of the end-to-end Source to Settle process (including escalations related to Purchase-orders, invoicing and payments);
  • Management of supplier on-boarding escalations and monitoring of Third Party Due-diligence refreshes;
  • Execution of Third Party Spend Analytics, reporting and data clean-up;
  • Engagement and Management of stakeholders to ensure that the Procurement function continues to be seen as a strategic business partner;
  • Monitoring of Procurement Process Compliance acting as a Sourcing & Contracting Process.


What you need to be successful

  • Degree in Procurement or Business or related field;
  • More than 5 years Procurement working experience;
  • Market-knowledge across indirect categories and experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
  • Sourcing and contract- Management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Stakeholder partnering skills
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Creative, self-starter and bias for action.
  • For 1 profile: English & Portuguese & French language fluency are mandatory;
  • For other profile: English & Portuguese language fluency and German or Dutch
  • Is preferable.
