You will be a part of the Hays tech team working on the Development of the Digital Presence of a major Green Transition enterprise, impacting directly on the next step of their digitalization
Your Tasks
Works on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Collaborates with the marketing and other cross-functional teams to design and develop responsive and visually engaging websites that reflect our brand identity and messaging
Develops creative solutions that match the image of Client
Develops graphic projects and digital elemental in the various digital deliverables (newsletters, website, banners, etc.)
Develops graphic projects and digital elements to be implemented in the various physical deliverables /flyers, merchandising, online campaigns and lading pages
Utilizes design skills and knowledge of best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to create intuitive and user-friendly website layouts
Creates visually compelling graphics, icons, and digital assets for the website and various digital marketing materials
Assists in content creation, including image selection, video editing, and other media elements to enhance the website's visual appeal
Ensures that the website content is up to date, accurate, and consistent with our branding guidelines
Collaborates with the marketing team to publish new content, update product information, and manage website functionalities
Works closely with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
Monitors website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to optimization efforts
Optimizes website design for mobile devices to provide a seamless user experience across different platforms
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and effectively communicate design concepts and progress
Works independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examines existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Updates and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
Incorporates environmentally conscious design principles in digital assets, promoting the company's commitment to sustainability
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field
3 years of experience in a similar role
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing web design projects, preferably including responsive designs
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Video Editing and web development principles is advantageous
Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices to optimize website content
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an eagerness to learn and grow
Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices through design DFFV
