ERP Developer CEGID Business Partner
The company where you will be working
You will be a part of the Hays tech team working on the Development of the Internal ERP Infrastructure of a major Green Transition enterprise, impacting directly on the next step of their digitalization
Your Tasks
Installs and configures CEGID software to ensure proper functionality
Implements and maintains rigorous quality assurance and testing procedures to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the ERP system
Lead and contribute to ERP system-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones and objectives
Communicates effectively with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, provide updates on system enhancements, and addresses any concerns or feedback related to the ERP system
Uses data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from ERP system data, providing valuable information for decision-making and strategic planning
Proactively identifies opportunities for system enhancements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing the functionality and performance of the ERP system
Acts as the primary point of contact for all CEGID-related technical issues, providing prompt and effective resolution to end-users
Provides responsive and effective technical support to end users, addressing their ERP-related queries and problems effectively
Serves as a liaison between our organization and the technical support team of CEGID partners, ensuring efficient issue resolution
Manages user permissions within the ERP system, ensuring appropriate access levels in accordance with organizational requirements
Integrates the ERP system with other information systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across platforms
Maintains essential system information and configurations to sustain optimal ERP system performance
Monitors the performance of the ERP system, promptly identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues to uphold system efficiency
Conducts training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing the ERP system effectively
Generates comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices, to support end-users and technical staff in utilizing and maintaining the ERP system effectively
Documents and maps processes within the ERP to improve user understanding
Understands and actively participates in continuous improvement processes within the ERP system
Manages OMNIA platform, ensuring its smooth operation and integration with the ERP
Collaborates as an IT BUSINESS PARTNER across all departments, assisting in the formulation and execution of systems that enhance task automation and digitalization
Complies with all Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety requirements in order to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards
Assumes the commitment to comply with the company's Policies, as well as to follow and assume as their own the Mission, Vision, and Values
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Knowledge of architecture and infrastructure
Proven at least 3 years’ experience in providing technical support for ERP systems, with specific knowledge of CEGID software
Proficiency in system monitoring and performance optimization
Proficiency in SQL queries and strong understanding of web services and application integration
Documentation and process mapping expertise
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with Omnia will be considered a significant advantage
Expert problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong reporting and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
