The HR Lead is responsible for end-to-end Human Resources activities across the Shared Service Center, so will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experience! This leader will be accountable for the Workforce Administration, Payroll, Reward, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement for the shared service center employees.
What you'll need to succeedThe Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in HR Management or a Master in Human Resources and proven experience of approximately 5 years. The Candidate should be self-driven, communicative, team player with the ability to build effective teams, have leadership competences and proactive. The Candidate shall be fluent in English, this is a mandatory requirement.
