Our Client
Our Client is creating a Shared Services Centre in Lisbon and recruiting for several positions, taking into account its business and needs.

Your New Role
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the day-to-day office tasks according to the needs of the company;
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office;
  • Office reception duties handling;
  • Managing and cooperation with the company's suppliers;
  • Support on the organization of company events and meetings;
  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Support on the delivery of internal communication;
  • Performing other administrative tasks (as requested).

What you will need to be succeed
To be succeed in this role, you will need:
  • +3 years of experience in administrative areas;
  • Collaboration skills;
  • Sense of confidentiality;
  • Availability and ability of multi-tasking;
  • Commitment and desire for personal development;
  • Must have problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written – Fluency in English and other languages would be a plus.
