This professional will be responsible for leading a Quality Assurance Team, to design and improve GDP processes; harmonize activities within Quality Assurance; define and coordinate the implementation of KPIs. This person will also lead the Excellence Team, and drive initiatives based on continuous improvements of products and processes, ensuring that the integration of new partners or new products are performed according to GMP and GDP regulations.

We are looking for a professional who has 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, GDPs in Pharmaceutical Industry. Academic background in Life Sciences is required. Experience in global quality projects is valued, and in GMP and GDP compliance too. Fluency in English is mandatory. Experience in Team Management is required. This professional should have good communication skills, and a high degree of engagement and accountability.
