Your new role

• Handle recruitment, onboarding and resignation processes;
• Manage the budgeting and reporting process of labor costs;
• Conduct talent review, performance management and retention process activities;
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business development;
• Implement and facilitate training & learning activities.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years relevant working experience in HR Management function, preferably within structured and multinational companies in the retail industry;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/People Management, Business, Psychology or another related field of study;
• Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
