Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance the sales and marketing applications PIM/MAM (4AllPortal, Oracle PDH/CMS) and CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Carry out requirements management, configuring applications, and design and modify data models, user interfaces, and system interfaces.
  • Manage releases and changes, including conducting functional tests.
  • Ensure documentation and quality control within your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct training for employees on the application.
  • Participate in global projects related to business applications under your management.

What you will need to succeed

  • A degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or completed commercial or (IT) technical training with relevant professional experience.
  • A strong affinity for data and IT, particularly in the digitalisation of business processes in the sales and marketing area.
  • Excellent analytical skills, quick understanding, and organisational abilities.
  • Experience in professional and project management and in optimising business processes.
  • A high level of initiative, independence, and reliability.
  • A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and proficiency in XML; SQL; HTML and HTTP technologies would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
