Sustainability Controller (m/f/d)

Your new company
A reference company in the wine industry is recruiting Sustainability Controller.

Your new role
  • Responsible for the implementation of the Global Sustainability Approach and coordination of individual roadmaps in all BUs;
  • Coordinate performance monitoring and reporting across organizational structures;
  • Support the development, piloting, and roll out of new sustainability initiatives;
  • Liaise with BUs operational teams through the Sustainability Champions in every BU;
  • Assist all BUs in improving their processes by sharing internal and external best practices;
  • Monitor and report processes to track project progress, deliverables and milestones, to support decision making;
  • Ensure deadlines are met within defined timeline;
  • Ensure use of up-to-date and accurate date in communications;
  • Define and Implement Sustainaibilty Sharing Sessions, and other events, with internal and external speakers;

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering;
  • Experience in a top Consulting firm is valued;
  • At least two years’ experience in Sustainability;
  • Fluency in English (Fluency in Spanish would be an asset);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment;
  • Capability to work across cultures;
  • Team player to work effectively with other departments;
  • Autonomous, curious, high-energy, self-motivated, eager to take initiative, results oriented;
  • Well-organized, detail oriented, and reliable;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
