This Shared Services Center is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant
The company you're going to work at:
This Shared Services Center is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join the AP invoice processing team.
Your new role:
Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
Develop process documentation;
Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices.
What you need to be successful:
Academic background in accounting or management is a plus;
Invoice processing previous experience;
Previous Shared Service environment is a plus;
Fluency in English (written and spoken) – Mandatory;
IT Skills: SAP & Excel.
