You will be joining an international organization operating in a complex, multi-entity environment within a Shared Services structure. Your New Role
As a Finance Operations / Controlling Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations, accounting oversight, and controlling activities across different entities, ensuring alignment with group policies and reporting requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting monthly closing processes and ensuring timely and accurate reporting;
- Reviewing and analysing financial data and financial statements, ensuring consistency and accuracy;
- Performing balance sheet analysis and variance analysis;
- Ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies and internal control procedures;
- Collaborating closely with accounting teams and Group Controlling;
- Supporting consolidation and reporting processes;
- Acting as a point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders;
- Contributing to process improvements and efficiencies within finance operations;
- Supporting ad hoc requests related to financial reporting and analysis.
What You Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Previous experience in accounting, finance operations, or controlling;
- Good understanding of IFRS and local GAAP;
- Exposure to consolidation processes is a plus;
- Experience with ERP systems and Excel;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
