Your new Role
The Business Analyst TMS plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, evaluate existing systems and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

This role supports the Solution Owner in analysis, design, solution configuration, and also testing across multiple applications. The Business Analyst TMS will need to build a strong working knowledge of existing business processes end-to-end, System Administration, Mapping, and interface designs for the solution coverage. This role also includes reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating third-party service partners, ensuring clear specifications, promoting reusable designs, and minimizing custom developments.

The Business Analyst TMS will analyse the business-IT environment to detect critical system deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. This person will translate Business requirements into functional specifications and provide effort estimates when requested. And also will write and execute test scripts, validate third-party solutions, document architecture design and analyse the work completed, and also manage small solution changes.

The day-to-day will include collaboration and design discussions with Havi’s business process organization and IT staff, and staff from all partners involved in the solution.

You will be responsible for:
Understand Business Needs:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
Evaluate Systems & Propose Improvements:
  • Review current systems and processes to identify gaps. Recommend solutions and provide cost/time estimates to requestors.
Design Effective Solutions:
  • Create solution designs that align with business goals, technical standards, and best practices.
Ensure System Integration:
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors to integrate new solutions smoothly. Support testing and resolve issues.
Document Everything Clearly:
  • Prepare technical documentation such as system architecture, specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
  • Engage with business users, IT teams, and external partners to gather feedback and ensure successful solution adoption.
Support Project Execution:
  • Contribute to project planning, task estimation, resource coordination, and risk tracking.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technologies. Suggest ways to improve systems and optimize business performance.
Support Product Lifecycle:
  • Work with Solution Architects, markets, and internal/external teams to manage solutions from concept to maintenance.


What you will need to succeed
As a Business Analyst TMS you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience;
  • +3 years of experience working in the field – including Solution Architecture and Application Development;
  • Experience working with outsourced development teams, ensuring alignment and quality delivery;
  • Solid understanding of business processes in Logistics and Supply Chain Management;
  • Proven experience working in global, distributed, and virtual teams;
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions;
  • Proficiency managing multiple projects and support activities independently, with minimal supervision;
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, supporting project teams with insights on opportunities, risks, and impacts;
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into innovative and practical solutions;
  • Strong planning skills to manage priorities and deliverables effectively
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
