Enclosed with your request you must include proof of your identity (copy DNI/BI/passport) and a cheque for €15 made out to Hays Specialist Recruitment Services Ltd to cover administrative costs and postage. Any information held will then be sent to you within 40 days. If no information is held on our files then this will be confirmed to you within the same time period.
